Mr. Sultan AlShubaili

Founder / EX-Samba Regional Head, E-MBA KFUPM,

Is a qualified and certified Financial & Management Consultant, having vast experience of more than 14 years in Saudi Arabia in the area of banking & financing. Before joining AlShubaili Consultancy as Consulting, he was a practicing Financial Advisories in Saudi Arabia advising clients on Project Financing, profit margins, cash flows, business volumes, and revenues. He is an E-MBA holder from King Fahd University of Petroleum and Minerals having vast experience in Saudi Arabia related to Corporate Planning and Business Restructuring.

Mr. Inam ur Rahman

ACA (ICAP), CPA (USA) / EX PWC – Ex-Deloitte / Ex-PwC

After serving 15 long years with PwC (Pakistan), PwC (Saudi Arabia) and Deloitte (Saudi Arabia) in senior management roles, Mr. Inam established OASIS in 2020 with a vision to partner with firms across the globe to uplift their Service Delivery and meet seasonal Audit staff needs in a cost-effective manner. • Asset quality review lead for Banking mergers of ABN Amro and PICIC (Pakistan) and Riyadh Bank and NCB (KSA). • Conducted SAMA inspections for SABB and ANB. • Project lead for IFRS 9 implementation SAIB and BSF. • Acted as audit manager for leading Banks of KSA (SAIB, BSF, Bank Alrajhi, SAMBA, JP Morgan, Goldman Sachs, Merrill Lynch and BNP Paribas) and insurance companies (Tawuniya, Malath and Al-Alamiya). • Team leader of Accounting & Technical Consultation Team Deloitte KSA. • Delivered trainings on IFRS 9, IFRS 16 and IFRS 15 in PWC and Deloitte.

Mr. Jazib

Ex-Deloitte Senior Auditor

He is a Charted Accountant and Business-minded Finance Manager having long experience in accounting & auditing. Adept at preparing financial modelling, managing budgets, forecasting & other general accounting functions. Highly collaborative individual with a quality of team man attitude who is seeking to get associated with an organization to contribute positively towards the achievement of its objectives and reputation along with development of my professional skills. He is Ex-Deloitte Middle East employee worked as a senior Audit and tax consultant.

Mr. Khurram

CFA level III Candidate

He has more than 10 years of experience in corporate and investment banking, portfolio management, credit risk and banking. Worked as Portfolio Manager wholesale lending. Has vast experience in credit risk review, Credit Risk Management, Credit Proposals, Collateral Management, Investment banking, Portfolio management, Micro and Macroeconomic analysis, Loan loss provision, Verification and Structuring. CFA III candidate, MBA Finance.

Mr. Mohammed AlShubaili

Has hands on experience of 10 years’ experience in studying businesses for the aim of corporate financing in banks and other entities. He was involved with project and corporate finance to large and small corporates. He is MBA holder from Webster University (USA) with strong experience in financial modeling and business due diligence.

He has 13 years of experience in market research, foreign partnerships, business development & industrial marketing, and studies of local and global markets. He has deep understanding of businesses and has worked closely with several many large clients and developed customized solutions to meet specific requirements of such companies. He is MBA holder from Queensland University of Technology (Australia)

Naveed is a qualified chartered accountant (ACCA) with more than (15) years of professional experience in accounts, taxation, audit, and financial feasibilities. He has worked in both private and public sectors including hospitality, transport, construction, and manufacturing concerns.

Mr. Muhammad Adil Zaman

MBA, ACIA

He is an Associate Certified Internal Auditor (CIA) and holds an MBA with focus on ecommerce business. He has more than 10 years of professional experience in accounting, bookkeeping, finance, and business process optimization. He has worked in various private and public sector clients’ and gained diverse experience including but not limited to information technology, agriculture, construction, manufacturing, retail, ecommerce, and education sector. His business administration background means he always keeps an eye on ROI and all while being able to come up with creative solutions. As a business professional, he enjoys ensuring that things run smoothly and creates operations strategy to keep his clients on-track.
